Negotiation expert, author and motivational speaker Dr. Ross Reck will present Making Your Workplace a Destination to local business leaders at this month’s Gilbert NOW!…Network at Noon luncheon, a program of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce.

During his presentation in January, Reck will share tactics for getting employees excited about coming to work and working hard.

“We’ve known for nearly a century that the better you treat people, the harder they’ll work,” Reck posted on his website, www.rossreck.com. “It seems logical to conclude that the job of every team leader, supervisor, manager and executive should be to treat their employees as well as possible so they become excited about coming to work and applying their best efforts toward performing their jobs every day.”

Reck has served as a “Top Gun” negotiator and speaks at conferences world-wide. In addition, he has served as a consultant to businesses including Hewlett-Packard, John Deere, American Express, and the Chicago Cubs.
