The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce will feature business referral strategist Victoria Trafton at four educational programs to help businesses significantly increase their referral business as part of the Referral Institute Series beginning this month.

“Victoria Trafton is an absolute ‘master’ of referral marketing,” said Darren Patoni, president of The I.T. Workshop and member of the Chamber. “She helps others focus on the fundamentals through education, training and practice.”

The Chamber was introduced to Trafton by Patoni and Linda Stanfield, owner of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. “Through the new knowledge I have gained from the Referral Institute classes, I have been able to enjoy networking even more than before,” Stanfield said.

The first workshop of the series will focus on networking within the Chamber for more referrals to help members leverage what they are already doing. Series sponsors include Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Gilbert Insurance Group, Maddy’s Pool Supply & Service, MAX Solutions, PLLC., Rayhons Financial Solutions, and The I.T. Workshop.

Referral Institute will be held on Wednesday, July 21st at Villa Siena, 890 W. Elliot Rd., in Gilbert. Registration and networking will begin at 7:15 a.m. and the program will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Admission is $10 and includes breakfast.
